EzMind Home
EzMind Home is currently in development. It is being designed as an offline household intelligence system that runs locally and gives families private, reliable assistance without cloud dependency.
EzMind Home is already fully architected. EzMind Home will include all EzMind Shop capabilities, adapted for home application and family workflows. Most EzMind Shop substrate features and capabilities copy cleanly into other EzMind variants. Home is the first sensor-heavy EzMind platform, which creates longer development and integration timelines. It is also being built with stronger security posture and deeper property awareness as first-class priorities.

Planned Peripheral Systems & Products
- EzWatcher Ground: Solar-powered free-standing camera stations that collect wildlife and intruder data for EzMind.
- EzWatcher Sky: Weather station, bird listener, and PTZ camera for bird and passive aircraft tracking with EzMind early-weather warning.
- EzAware (EzWatcher Ground + EzWatcher Sky): Constant property awareness for real-time reasoning. Questions like "what's flying above the house right now?" or "did we get any new visitors last night?" return sound clips and photos in chat and in the daily briefing.
- EzAerial drone dispatch: EzMind Home can dispatch its own drone with a down-facing spotlight for intrusion response and routine inspections. Owners can also fly different payloads for different line-of-sight property missions. EzAerial is already fully developed and waiting.
- EzRover: Rocker-bogie suspension yard rover for property monitoring and investigations. It self-parks on a charging dock and reuses the same universal payload architecture from EzAerial so families can run different payloads and missions on EzRover too.
- Home Assistant integration: EzMind Home is architected to run Home Assistant so EzMind becomes the single automated control point for HVAC, lighting, music, audio, and more household controls. It can also report current device status back to the family when needed.
- Built-in Twilio SMS messaging: Family members can receive specialized reminders directly to their phones while away from home.
- EzList Smart Shopping List: Editable by any family member with journal logging so the system knows who added what. EzList learns each member's favorites, tracks item-level price increases, suggests reups by time interval, and carries a seasonal disaster-preparedness list that can be activated during hazardous months.
- EzTutor for young users: Provides homework assistance, study support, and test-prep guidance for younger family members through EzMind Home chat.
- Home repair and maintenance journal: Tracks all home repairs, including ingestion of historical repairs, and uses predictable maintenance patterns to drive reminders and first-step DIY guidance. For example, EzMind can remind owners to pour bleach down an HVAC drain line, and suggest that same first-step action when symptoms match in chat, reducing avoidable contractor calls for simple known fixes.
EzMind Forge
EzMind Forge is being developed for Universal 3D Prints. The EzMind Shop substrate is also copy and paste for this application, but to a lesser extent since there are fewer customer requirements. The major requirement for Forge v1, in addition to Shop's great baseline features, is to track over 200 different 3D-printed product SKUs across 7 retail sales outlets so EzMind knows what to print and restock ahead of time. This is being developed as the perfect system for small-batch makers and manufacturers that convert raw materials into finished original and non-original products.

Planned Forge Systems & Features
- Built-in language model workflow assistant: Tracks design workflows and assists with minor parametric design tasks, while supporting IP protection.
- First-class lifecycle tracking: Tracks products from raw materials to finished goods, to sale, and through customer follow-up.
- First-class multi-outlet inventory intelligence: Tracks goods across retail and wholesale sales outlets, predicts stockouts, and helps ramp production before they happen. Ask how many of a specific color of any SKU is selling at a location and EzMind can return the answer with a production queue recommendation.
- Wholesale Accounts POS: Invoice wholesale repeat clients and auto-send invoices on work completion or delivery.
- Retail POS with tax tracking: Includes EzMind Shop baseline POS capabilities with mobile support for pop-up events and stronger tent-sales tracking.
EzCore
EzCore is a private federated self-hosted network for EzMind nodes. We are eager to launch this network once we have enough EzMind nodes deployed. EzMind Inc will build and maintain a high-output, high-accuracy ECC genesis node network on premises to keep EzCore performance stable and independent.
Planned EzCore Systems & Features
- Private self-hosting over your existing Tailscale account: EzCore infrastructure already ships with every EzMind node, ready for private owner-controlled participation.
- Push-up communications only: No one at EzMind Inc can mass-control the network. Each EzMind field node calls home for what it needs, not the other way around.
- Node-strengthening pattern intelligence: Each field node can leverage proven node-health patterns and apply them locally with explicit owner approval.
- Guided Level 2 healing on request: If a system is not running nominally, it can ask EzCore for help. EzCore can back up the node, clear cache memory, and restart services in a guided after-hours intervention with EzMind Inc and the owner in the approval and reporting loop.
- Federated intelligence sharing: Participating nodes can share anonymized business intelligence proven to work. For example, if one shop increases brake flushes by offering an oil-change coupon, EzCore can suggest that tactic to relevant nodes. Regional insight compounds value for every participant.
- EzEntrepreneur control and reporting surface: Builds and tests the EzEntrepreneur network-control and reporting surface for owners operating multiple EzMind units.
